I congratulate you on the occasion of the Constitution Day. It is one of the most important holidays of our country, as the Basic Law predetermines the development of our country and solution of the vital problems of every citizen. Two years ago the amended Constitution was recognized as fully compliant with the international standards by the most distinguished specialized structures, and created new opportunities for the deepening of democracy, protection of human rights, rule of law and for the provision of dignified and comfortable life for our citizens.

Once again I congratulate you on the occasion of the Constitution Day, I wish you success and complete fulfillment of the constitutional guarantees for the strengthening of our country and for our people’s welfare.”
