In the evening of September 30 the delegation headed by the President of the Belgian Senate Mr. Armand De Decker will arrive in Yerevan on an official visit.
On October 1 the President of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Serzh Sargsyan, Speaker of the RA National Assembly Mr. Hovik Abrahamyan will receive the President of the Belgian Senate. In the parliament the delegation headed by Mr. Decker will meet the heads of the NA factions. On the same day the Catholicos of All Armenians and Supreme Patriarch, His Holiness Garegin II will receive Mr. Decker. The delegation will visit the museums of St. Echmiadzin and Zvartnots Cathedral.
On October 2 the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Tigran Sargsyan, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Edward Nalbandian will receive the delegation headed by the President of the Belgian Senate. The guests will visit Yerevan State University of Economics, Yervand Kochar Museum, Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex and lay a wreath at the monument of Genocide victims.
On October 3 the delegation of the Belgian Senate will participate in the works of the 14th International Conference being held in the National Assembly on the theme “The International Experience of Cooperation of Constitutional Courts and Parliaments in Guaranteeing the Supremacy of the Constitution.”
In the morning of October 4 the delegation headed by the President of the Belgian Senate Mr. Armand De Decker will return to Brussels.
