On April 26 the sitting of the National Assembly began with the approval of the agenda drafts of the session and four-day sittings.
The schoolchildren of the senior schools of the general schools of Gegharkunik marz attended the NA sitting to take part in the open lesson.
The NA deputies by voting adopted the debated bills at the sitting of the last day and continued the debate of the bill on Making Amendments to RA Law On State Support of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship, which was interrupted in the previous sitting.
The Deputy Head of RA Police Artur Osipyan presented the RA draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum to RA Law on Police Service.
The member of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs Ruben Gevorgyan endorsed the draft.
The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arayik Petrosyan presented the package of the bills proposing amendments on Making Amendments and Addenda in RA Labor Code and in a number of laws.
The member of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs endorsed the bill.
The Chairman of the Trade Union Confederation of Armenia Edward Tumasyan considered unrealistic the labor oral agreement.
Larisa Alaverdyan presented the viewpoint of the Heritage faction.
In the final speech the RA Deputy Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the member of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs Gagik Melikyan proposed to pass the draft law in the first reading, and to improve it until the second reading.
The NA deputies also debated the package of the bills proposing amendments and addenda to the RA law on Taxes and in a number of laws relating to it.
The co-author of the package of the bills Lilit Galstyan presented the drafts on Making Addenda to RA Law on Advertisement, on Making Addenda to RA Law on Protection of the Consumers’ Rights and on Making Addenda and Amendment in RA Code on Administrative Infringements.
Mrs. Galstyan said that while elaborating the legislative initiative they meant the international legal experience.
The debate of the issue will continue at April 27 sitting of the National Assembly.
