On October 25 at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs presided over by Davit Harutyunyan the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda in RA Administrative Procedure Code and on Making Amendments and Addenda in RA Judicial Code was debated in the first reading.

The legislative package on Making Amendments and Addenda in RA Civil Code, on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on Ltd Companies, on Amending the RA Law on State Duty, on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on Individual Entrepreneur and on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on State Registration of Legal Persons was debated in the procedure of the first reading was also debated, which the RA Justice Minister Gevorg Danielyan presented.

Two legislative packages, which were debated with the endorsement of the committee, will be included on the draft agendas of October 25-28 four-day sittings.

The debate of the two bills, which were presented by the deputies of the ARF faction, was delayed up to 60 days.
