The Standing Committee on Agriculture and Environment of the National Assembly on November 3 initiated a debate dedicated to the development of the market of the biological fertilizers of the local production of the republic.

The occasion for organizing the debate was the application of the SIS 95 Ltd to the committee on envisaging means for boosting their production in the next year’s budget.

Presenting their production the director of the SIS 95 Company Stepan Dalyan and the expert Gayane Avetisyan introduced the characteristics of the biological fertilizers.

The deputies, the specialist of the educational research institutes of the agrarian sphere, as well as of the concerning organizations attending the debate, documented the positive influence of the fertilizers on the crop and noted about the necessity of making additional and long-term experiments. These fertilizers were used during the initiative From Water to Market being held within the framework of the Millennium Challenges.

The NA Standing Committee will respond to the application of the company after additional debates.
