The preliminary version of the joint draft opinion of OSCE/ODIHR and CoE Venice Commission on RA Electoral Code draft has been received, and it is posted on the website of RA NA Standing Committee onState and Legal Affairs. Later parliamentary hearings are scheduled, and its details will appear in the future.
