On May 23 in the Green Hall of the National Assembly the exhibition of the paintings of the painter Haroutyun Haroutyunyan (Artin).

NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, the deputies, representatives of the NA Staff, journalists attended the opening of the exhibition.

Painter Haroutyunyan was born in Yerevan, graduated from Panos Terlemezian Fine Arts College, Yerevan Fine Arts and Theatrical Institute. He joined the USSR Artists’ Union.

Haroutyun Haroutyunyan’s paintings have been shown in a number of personal and group exhibitions, numerous works have been kept in private collections.

According to the art critic Emma Budaghyan, Haroutyun Haroutyunyan’s painting themes emanate from his inner world and the rich palette of the nature, finding their colour and movement, become a picturesque landscape.

Haroutyun Haroutyunyan thanked the NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan for the honour of showing his works in the parliament.
