On January 24 Samvel Nikoyan, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, sent a letter to Jean-Pierre Bel, Speaker of the Senate of the Republic of France, on the occasion of the adoption of the bill criminalizing the genocide denial by the French Senate.
