On September 6 at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Providing the Refugees with the Right of Property the Apartments Built for the Deported Refugees from Republic of Azerbaijan in 1988-1992” submitted by the Government, was debated.

The Committee also debated the package of the RA draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on Accumulative Pensions,” “On Amending the RA Law on Income Tax,” “On Amending the RA Law on Personified Counting of the Income Tax and Mandatory Payment,” “On Amending the RA Law on Value Added Tax,” “On Amending the RA Law on Securities’ Market,”“On Amending the RA Law on Banks and Bank Activity,” “On Amending the RA Law on Investment Fund,” “On Amending the RA Law on Guaranteeing the Compensation of the Physical Entities’ Bank Deposits,” “On Amending the RA Civil Code on Limited Liable Companies,” “On Amending the RA Law on Brand Names,” “On Amending the RA Law on State Registration of the Rights Towards the Property,” “On Amending the RA Law on Profit Tax,” the Deputy Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan.

The draft laws were endorsed to be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the second session of the NA fifth convocation and September 10-13 four-day sittings.
