Gurgen Dumanyan was born on October 13, 1979 in Yerevan. Doctor by specialty, Organizer of Health Care

2008-2011 – Doctoral Candidacy/PhD in the Chair of Social Hygiene and Health Care Management of the National Institute of Health.

2004-2007 – Post-graduate in the Chair of Social Hygiene and Health Care Management of the National Institute of Health.

2002-2004 – Residency training in the Chair of Social Hygiene and Health Care Management of the National Institute of Health.

1996-2002 – Medical Faculty of Yerevan State Medical University

From 2010 up to now Director of the “Health Project Implementation Unit” State Agency of the RA Health Care Ministry

2006-2010 – Head of Branch of the “Health Project Implementation Unit” State Agency of the RA Health Care Ministry

He participated in different international local specialized seminars-conferences, as well as in educational courses organized by the World Bank.
