On June 14 and 15 in Stepanakert members of the Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the RA NA Youth Parliament Hovik Yevreyan, Tigran Khachikyan, Karen Amiryan, Hovhannes Torosyan, Avetik Harutyunyan visited the NKR.

On June 14 the Speaker of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan received them. As a result of the meeting, the process of the creation of the Youth Parliament in the Artsakh Parliament was laid down on practical bases and it was decided to realize the idea of the creation of the Council of Europe in Artsakh until September of this year. The peculiarities of the organization and activity of the Youth Parliament in the NKR were also debated, in connection with which the members of the Committee on State and Legal Affairs introduced their considerations and reservations. On the same time the idea of organizing of joint youth conference between the representatives of the two youth parliaments, which would be dedicated to the legal ways of the settlement of the Karabakh conflict and the existing problems was also debated.

On June 15 the Chairman of the NKR Control Chamber Artur Mosiyan received the members the Committee on State and Legal Affairs. A number of issues regarding the legal bases of the control being implemented by the NKR Control Chamber towards the existing social-economi problems in the NKR, financial activity of the state bodies and the further development of the legislative settlement were discussed.
