On September 17 on the initiative of the NA President Hovik Abrahamyan the NA Standing Committee on Agriculture and Environment organized hearings on summarizing the events directed to the elimination of consequences of hailing in Armavir Marz on May 12.

In his opening word the Committee Chairman Martun Grigoryan noted that the hailing of May 12 has greatly damaged the rural communities of Armavir Marz and the economy of the republic in general, An Aid Aid for those who Suffered from Hailing of Armavir Marz was created by the NA deputy Aleksan Petrosyan.

The RA Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan briefly introduced the works of the aid provided to the communities of Armavir Marz.

The Governor of Armavir Marz Ashot Ghahramanyan presented the works done in eliminating the consequences of hailing by the Municipality of Armavir and thanked all those who helped the people of Armavir.

The member of the Central Bank Artur Stepanyan summed up the activity of the Central Bank and credit organizations directed to the elimination of the consequences of hailing.

The Chairman of the Water Economy Management Committee Andranik Andreasyan delivered a speech on the assistance.

The Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan introduced the state of anti-hailing stations in the republic.

The NA deputy Aleksan Petrosyan summed the works of the fund. The RA President, the NA President, the Prime Minister, NA deputies, employees of state organizations and ordinary citizens responded to the call of assistance.

Summing up the hearings the Committee Chairman Martun Grigoryan thanked the speakers, the organizations and persons who had helped the suffered communities.
