On October 4 the next sitting of the Youth Parliament (YP) functioning adjunct to the RA NA Standing Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Youth and Sport was held. The deputy moderating the sitting said that 30 new young people became members of the YP. Three legislative initiatives included in the agenda were put for voting. The initiative “On Amending the RA Land Code” received 79 for, 6 against, 11 abstained votes. The legislative initiative “On Amending the RA Law on Temporary Invalidity Allowances” received 83 for, 15 abstained votes. The legislative initiative “On Amending the RA Law on Tax of Goods Turnover” received 72 for, 1 against and 18 abstained votes. The author of the legislative initiative “On Amending the Appendix of the Law Concerning the RA Anthem” Tatevik Khanaghyan proposed to remove the issue from the debate.

The Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the Youth Parliament did not endorse the bill “On Amending the RA Judicial Code.” The author of the initiative Avetik Harutyunyan thoroughly introduced it and proposed not to put it for voting.

The Youth Parliament ended its work.
