Jerzy Jaskiernia, Rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Monitoring Committee, and David Chupina, the Committee Secretary, will arrive in Armenia on June 11. The PACE officials are scheduled to meet ambassadors of the EU member countries to Armenia the same day, head of the Yerevan PACE Office and the representatives of international organizations, ethnical minorities, mass media representatives, RA Constitutional Court Chairman Gagik Harutiunyan. The PACE Office will draft the program for June 11.
The PACE officials will meet with the RA National Assembly Chairman Artur Baghdasaryan, NA Vice Speaker Tigran Torosyan, head of the NA delegation to the PACE, members of the NA delegation to the PACE, NA Standing Committees on Foreign Relations, on Defence, National Security and Internal Affairs, on State and Legal Affairs, the RPA, “Orinats Yerkir” (Rule of Law), ARF Dashnaktsutiun, “Ardarutiun”(Justice), “National Unity,” ULP and People’s deputy group.
The delegation will leave for Vanadzor on June 13.
On June 14 the delegation members are scheduled to meet RA President Robert Kocharyan, RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan, RA Justice Minister David Harutiunyan, RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan, Defence Minister Serge Sargsyan, RA General Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan, RA Police Chief Hayk Harutiunyan, RA Police Yerevan Department Chief Nerses Nazaryan, members of the Public Radio and TV Committee, Central Electoral Commission Chairman Gagik Azaryan and other members of the Commission.
The delegation will leave Yerevan on June 15.
