On March 25 within the framework of the NA Open Doors Programme the pupils and the teachers of Yerevan Shavarsh Simonyan Senior School N 112 visited the National Assembly. The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Youth and Sport Artak Davtyan conducted an open lesson. He introduced to the guests the structure, the composition, the procedure of passing the laws and the structure and functions of the Standing and Ad-hoc Committees, and the legislative activities of the parliament.

Mr Davtyan answered the questions concerning the pupils, which related to the 12-year education, school graduation and entrance exams to the higher educational institutions.

In the NA Session Hall the pupils had their photos taken with the NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.
