On May 8 at the Stepanakert Palace of Culture and Youth the delegation led by the RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan took part in the solemn evening dedicated to Victory Day, NKR Defense Army Day and the 22^nd anniversary of Shushi Liberation. The NKR President Bako Sahakyan, the NKR second President Arkady Ghukasyan, the Head of Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Pargev Archbishop Martirosyan, the NKR NA Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, the NKR Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, high ranking officials of Armenia and Artsakh, guests from Diaspora and abroad attended the event.

The NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan welcomed the attendees and congratulated them on the occasion of the three May holidays. At the end of the day a festive concert took place.
