On May 9 at the Victory Park the RA NA Deputy Speakers Eduard Sharmazanov, Hermine Naghdalyan and the deputies took part in the solemn event dedicated to the Victory and Peace Day. They laid wreaths and flowers at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier and paid their respects to the memory of the victims of the Great Patriotic War and Artsakh Heroic Battle.

In the military field kitchen deployed near the Mother of Armenia Memorial the representatives of the leadership of the Republic had a sincere talk with the veterans of the Great Patriotic War and Artsakh Heroic Battle, raised their glasses and congratulated them on the occasion of the Victory and Peace Day.

At the Victory Park the festive events dedicated to the May victories continued till late evening.
