On July 1 the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration Naira Zohrabyan met with Sara Eprecht, Head of the Delegation of the International Committee of Red Cross in Armenia.

The sides discussed the problems of missing persons, prisoners and prisoners of war. Sara Eprecht presented the situation in the sphere and highlighted the work of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration and the Committee Chair in this direction in international platforms. Naira Zohrabyan introduced her work in voicing the problems of missing persons, prisoners and prisoners of war both in the PACE and in the Euronest PA. The sides agreed to meet regularly for information exchange and for clarifying the issues concerning further cooperation. Naira Zohrabyan noted that in this work it is necessary to keep the principle “don’t harm,” underscoring that it is a delicate problem, which we should approach cautiously and step by step advance successfully.
