In accordance with the Article 70 of the RA Constitution, at the NA deputies’ initiative on September 30 an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly was convened by the initiator’s established agenda. At the extraordinary sitting by 6:30 p.m. 32 deputies were registered. By the Law NA Rules of Procedure, during the established three hours there was a lack of the quorum, as the deputies’ number increased by one person. Then the RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov has announced the sitting not held because of the lack of the quorum.
