The RA National Assembly President Galust Sahakyan sent a congratulatory message to the well-known musician, the RA People’s Artist Jivan Gasparyan on the occasion of his birthday. The congratulatory message reads:

“Dear Mr Gasparyan, I congratulate you on the occasion of your birthday!

With your activity you continue and enrich the good traditions of the Armenian national performing art, writing brilliant pages in its history. As a famous and beloved musician you have scores of prizes and awards, but there is one prize which you receive being on the stage and during the meeting, the love and respect of the audience towards your art, the art that you take from Armenia to different continents and concert halls, present to the spectators of various nations, spreading the Armenian song and music, the Armenian performing art, the charm of one of the most Armenian representational instruments, duduk.

Once again I congratulate you, dear Mr Gasparyan on the occasion of your birthday, wishing you health, creative inexhaustible energy and new successes.”
