On October 14 at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan the Agreement Letter On Amending the Loan Agreement (Special Operations) for North-South Road Corridor Investment Program /Project 2/ between the Republic of Armenia and Asian Development Bank dated 30 May 2011 signed between the Republic of Armenia and Asian Development Bank on 21 January 2014 and on 11 June 2014 was discussed. The key reporter, the RA Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Artur Arakelyan has noted that by the Agreement the extension of the loan maturity date for 24 months is envisaged. 

The agreement with the endorsement will be presented for the parliament’s ratification.

Then the deputies in the first reading debated the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service,” which presented the RA Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Nerses Yeritzyan.

Nerses Yeritzyan also presented in the first reading the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Insurance and Insurance Activity” and “On Amending the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia.”

The Committee endorsed the considered packages for including them in the draft agenda of the upcoming four-day sittings.

The deputies by voting approved the annotation to the RA draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2015.”

The debate of the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Banks and Banking” authored by the NA deputy Hrant Bagratyan was postponed for one year term.

During the sitting Gagik Minasyan gave information about the cooperation of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs and the two international organizations - German International Cooperation Company (GIZ) and the SANAP.
