RA NA Speaker Hosts the Pupils of Ashotsk School

On October 20 within the framework of the NA “Open Doors” programme the Speaker of the RA National Assembly Galust Sahakyan hosted the pupils and the teachers of the secondary school of Ashotsk community.

The NA Speaker has presented the works of the National Assembly to the pupils and has noted that it is necessary to have a functioning legislative body for the established state.

During the meeting the Head of the Parliament has mentioned that though shootings continue in the borderline communities of Armenia, nevertheless the population of those communities carries on working and studying, showing high educational results.

Galust Sahakyan has also noted that one of the important problems of the state is to leave a peaceful country as a legacy to the coming generations, and one of its pledges is the literate youth seeking education.

The NA Speaker has answered the schoolchildren’s various questions.

The guests thanked the NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan for giving opportunity to voice the questions concerning them in of the most important structures of the country.

The meetings ended with taking photos with the NA Speaker.
