On November 25 the next sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan was held.

The deputies debated the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly,” “On Amending the RA Law on the RA Budgetary System” and “On Amending the RA Law on the RA Control Chamber,” which presented the NA deputy Gagik Minasyan.

Presenting the viewpoint of the RA Government the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan submitted some recommendations.

The Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritzyan in the first reading presented the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law On Guaranteeing the Compensation of the Physical Entities’ Bank Deposits” and “On Amending the RA Law on Bankruptcy of Banks, Credit Organizations, Investment Companies, Investment Fund Governors and Insurance Companies.”

The deputies in the first reading also debated the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Financial System Ombudsman,” “On Amending the RA Law on Credit Information Circulation and the Activity of Credit Bureaus,” “On Amending the RA Law on Credit Organizations” and “On Amending the RA Law on Banks and Banking Activity.”

The Committee endorsed the debated legislative initiatives for including them in the draft laws of the agendas of the sixth session and upcoming four-day sittings.

Nerses Yeritzyan also submitted for the reading the package of bills “On Amending the RA on Securities Market” and “On Amending the RA Law on Joint Stock Companies.”

The Committee endorsed the debated package for including it inb the draft law of the agenda of the sixth session of the NA fifth convocation.

Then the Committee debated and by voting approved the annual programme of the activity of the RA Control Chamber for 2015.
