On November 28 the next sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan was held.

After approving the agenda the members of the Committee, as a result of voting, made a decision to submit the opinion of the Committee on the treaty with the related report by the Committee during the debate at the plenary sitting of the treaty “On Joining the Treaty of May 29, 2014 on Eurasian Economic Union of the Republic of Armenia” signed in Minsk on October 10, 2014.

On the same day the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan in the first reading debated the package of draft laws “On Amending the RA law on Archive,” “On Amending the RA Law on the Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signing,” as well as “On Amending the RA Law on State Registration of the Legal Entities, Legal Entities’ Separated Subdivisions, Institutions and Individual Entrepreneurs,” which presented the RA Acting Minister of Territorial Administration Vache Terteryan.

The draft law was endorsed to be included in the draft laws of the agenda of the NA autumn session and the upcoming four-day sittings.

The debate of the draft laws “On Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code,” as well as the “On Amending the RA Law on Public Service” submitted by the RA NA deputy Zaruhi Postanjyan was postponed up to one yearby the author’s proposal.

The package of draft laws “On Amending the RA Civil Procedure Code” and “On Amending the RA Administrative Procedure Code” presented by Edmon Marukyan was also postponed up to one year.

At the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs the package of legislative draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service,” “On Amending the RA Law on Administration Bases and Administrative Procedure,” as well as “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements” submitted by the Rule of Law Faction was considered in the first reading. It was not endorsed.

The draft law “On Amending the RA Law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” presented by the RA NA Heritage Faction was considered in the second reading.

The draft law was endorsed to be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the upcoming four-day sittings.

The Committee members also debated the document “On Joining the Treaty of May 29, 2014 ‘on Eurasian Economic Union’ of the Republic of Armenia” presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Suren Karayan.
