On December 1 the next sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan was held.
After approving the agenda the deputies debated the treaty “On Joining the Republic of Armenia the Treaty of May 29, 2014 on the ‘Eurasian Economic Union,’” signed in Minsk on October 10, 2014 submitted by the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Suren Karayan. He touched upon the Committee members’ concerns and answered a number of questions. As a result of voting, the treaty was endorsed, and Artak Zakaryan will submit it in the plenary sitting.
On the same day the next sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan was held, and the Committee members, approving the agenda, in the first reading debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements.” The Deputy Head of the RA Police Vardan Yeghiazaryan talked on the matter.
The draft law with the endorsement will be included in the draft law of the agenda of the next session.
The Committee in the first reading also debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements” submitted by the NA deputy Hrant Bagratyan. After the debate by the author’s decision the draft law was postponed up to one year.
The debate of the draft law “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements” submitted by the deputies of the NA Rule of Law Heghine Bisharyan and Hovhannes Margaryan was also postponed up to one year.
