At the Sittings of the RA NA Standing Committees

On December 12 the RA NA Standing Committees convened sittings.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Mikayel Melkumyan in the first reading debated the legislative package “On Amending the RA Law on Technical Regulation,” “On Amending the RA Law on Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements” and “On Amending the RA Law on Accreditation.”

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Emil Tarasyan has submitted for the first reading the legislative package “On Amending the RA Law on Trade and Services” and “On Amending the RA law on Licensing.”

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Sergey Avetisyan presented in the first reading the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty.”

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vakhtang Mirumyan has submitted for debate the RA Law “On the Use of Cash Machines,” in the first reading the legislative package “On the Customs Regulation,” “On the Peculiarities of the Counting and Payment of the Indirect Taxes between the RA and the EEC Member States,” “On Amending the RA Law on Value Added Tax” and “On Amending the RA Law on Excise Tax.”

The packages of bills “On Inspectorate Bodies,” “On Amending the RA Law on Civil Service” and “On State Support of the Information Technologies Sphere,” “On Amending the RA Law on Profit Tax,” “On Amending the RA Law on Income Tax” and “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements.”

All debated issues with endorsement will be included in the draft law of the agenda of the upcoming extraordinary session of the National Assembly.

On the same day the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan debated two financial treaties and five credit agreements, submitted by the Acting Chairman of the State Committee for Water Economy of the RA Ministry of Agrculture Gagik Khachatryan, the RA first Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan, the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vakhtang Mirumyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Sergey Avetisyan and the First Deputy Mayor of the City of Yerevan Kamo Areyan.

All the international treaties with endorsement will be submitted for ratification in the parliament.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan also considered the abovementioned 7 international treaties and endorsed them to include them in the draft law of the agenda of the NA upcoming extraordinary session.
