On December 16 the parliament continued the work of the extraordinary session.

The deputies in the first reading debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty,” which presented the RA Deputy Minister of Energy Sergey Avetisyan.

At the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs the bill was endorsed.

Then the deputies voted and passed the legislative initiatives debated during the extraordinary session, ratified agreements.

After the end of voting the parliament in the first reading debated the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Local Referendum,” which presented the RA Deputy Minister Suren Krmoyan.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Arsen Mkrtchyan in the first reading presented the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Administration Bases and Administrative Procedure” and the related draft laws.

The draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Advocacy” by the deputy Elinar Vardanyan’s proposal in the first reading was debated and was presented by the first Deputy Head of the RA Police Hunan Poghosyan.

The parliament in the second reading considered the package of the draft laws “On the Registration of the Rights Ensured towards the Moveable Property,” “On Social Support,” “On Human Trafficking and Identification and Support of the Exploited Persons” and “On Amending the RA Law on Police Service” and the related laws.

Then the deputies debated three international credit agreements and two financial agreements, which were presented by the Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Areg Galstyan, the first Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Economy Sergey Avetisyan, the Acting Chairman of the State Committee for Water Economy of the RA Ministry of Agriculture.

The RA NA Standing Committees on Foreign Relations and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs endorsed the agreements.

Sergey Avetisyan presented the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty” for debate in the second reading and passing it completely.

The RA Minister of Economy Karen Chshmaritian in the first reading procedure presented the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Value Added Tax.”

The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs endorsed the draft law.

The draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature” presented by the Chief of Staff-Minister of the RA Government.

The member of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Levon Martirosyan presented the endorsement.

Then the MPs debated in the second reading the legislative package envisaging amendments to the law ”On Inspectorate Bodies” and to a number of laws, which presented Karen Chshmaritian. Let us note that the bill “On Amending the RA Law “On Public Service” included in the package was debated in the first reading procedure.

The NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs endorsed the issue under debate.

The Deputy Head of the RA Police Vardan Yeghiazaryan adjunct to the Government presented in the first reading the package of bills “On Amending the RA Criminal Code” and “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements.”

The parliament will continue the work of the extraordinary session on December 17.
