Under Article 70 of the RA Constitution, at the NA deputies’ initiative on December 17 an extraordinary session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenian was convened according to the initiator’s established agenda, immediately after the end of the extraordinary session of the National Assembly initiated by the Government of the Republic of Armenia on December 15.

The RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan proposed to hold a closed-door session, in accordance with the part 2 of Article 43 of the law the “RA NA Rules of Procedure” and without interval.

The parliament by voting made a decision to debate the report on the situation created in the financial market of the Republic of Armenia behind the closed-doors.
