On February 29 Eduard Sharmazanov, the Head of the Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA), the RA NA Vice President who had left for Vienna to take part in the works of the Winter Meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) together with the delegations of the CSTO member states taking part in the Assembly first visited the monument of the Soviet soldier, then the Central cemetery, where there were also the ashes of the Armenian soldiers who had fallen in the struggle against fascism for the liberation of Vienna. The attendees honoured bowing in silence the memory of those heroically perished.
