On March 12 the RA NA Vice President Eduard Sharmazanov had a meeting with the Vice President of the Parliament of the Republic of Estonia Laine Randjärv.

Both sides highlighted the necessity of the bilateral relations, particularly the further strengthening and development of the inter-parliamentary relations. The NA Vice President has noted that Armenia is ready to continue the political dialogue with the European counterparts.

Eduard Sharmazanov invited Laine Randjärv and the Estonian MPs to take part in the commemoration ceremonies dedicated to the Armenian Genocide Centennial.

During the talk with his Estonian counterpart, touching upon the current phase of the Armenian-Turkish relations, Eduard Sharmazanov has considered inadmissible the behaviour of Turkey and condemned it, particularly the illegal blockade of Armenia and connecting the Armenian-Turkish reconciliation with the NK conflict.

The NA Vice President awarded Laine Randjärv the Medal of Honour of the RA National Assembly.
