On April 27 the NA Standing Committees convened sittings.
The RA NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan debated the item “On the Proposal of Establishing Special Procedure of Debate of the RA Draft Law ‘On Citizens Who Failed to Complete Compulsory Military Service through Violation of the Established Procedure,’” which enjoyed the deputies’ endorsement.
The Committee made a decision to hold parliamentary hearings on May 13 on “The perspectives of the Innovative Technologies’ Development in the RA Armed Forces.”
On the same day at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations moderated by Artak Zakaryan two agreements were debated, which submitted the key speaker the RA Deputy Minister of Energy and Natural resources Areg Galstyan.
The debated agreements with the endorsement will be presented for the ratification of the parliament.
The sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan was held, where the deputies also debated the abovementioned agreements and endorsed them.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan presented the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Consumer Credit” and “On Amending the Currency and Currency Control.”
The Committee endorsed the considered package for including it in the draft law of the agenda of the seventh session of the NA fifth convocation.
Afterwards the RA CC Deputy Chairman Levon Yolyan presented the annual report for 2014, and the Chairman of the RA CB Artur Javadyan presented the report of the monetary-credit policy programme implementation for 2014 and the report of the monetary-credit policy programme for 2015.
After considering the abovementioned documents the deputies accepted them as granted.
