On May 21 within the framework of the NA Open Doors programme the teachers and the pupils of Yeghvard Senior School N 1 of Kotayk Marz were hosted in the National Assembly.

Before the meeting they took a tour in the building of the parliament, were in the NA Session Hall and observed the deputies’ work.

Welcoming the attendees the NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan introduced the activities of the legislative power, the directions of Armenia’s foreign policy, touched upon the inner-political situation of Armenia, talked about the situation of economy, industry and the existing problems.

Mrs Naghdalyan also highlighted the participation of the youth in the public and political life of the state.

At the end of the visit the pupils and the teachers have been taken a photo with the NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan at the NA Session Hall.
