As part of Shant-2015 Military Strategic Command and Staff Exercises the RA President Serzh Sargsyan declared martial law in the Republic of Armenia. According to Paragraph 13 of the Article 55 of the RA Constitution in case of declaration of martial law a special sitting of the National Assembly shall be convened by the RA President by force of law.

Convocation of the RA NA special conditional sitting is expected. The RA NA Staff implements preparatory works of the deputies’ conditional awareness and the RA NA special conditional sitting.
