On November 6 the financial means to be allocated to the sphere of healthcare by the RA draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2016” was debated at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Healthcare, Maternity and Childhood and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Ara Babloyan and Gagik Minasyan respectively.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan presented the financial allocations to the healthcare sphere by the draft state budget for 2016.

In the word of the RA Minister of Healthcare Armen Muradyan, in 2016 the improvement of the sphere of the prior maintenance of health will continue in the sphere of healthcare, as well as the implementation of the programmes directed at the prevention of illnesses.

At the sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Artak Davtyan and Gagik Minasyan respectively the financial means to be allocated to the spheres of science, education, culture, Diaspora, sport, youth and information designed in the draft law “On the RA State Budget for 2016” were debated.

The RA First Deputy of Finance Pavel Safaryan presented the volumes of the financial means allocated to the abovementioned spheres, and the heads of the spheres submitted the programmes to be implemented in 2016.

The RA Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan, the RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan, the RA Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan, the RA Minister of Sport and Youth Gabriel Ghazaryan, the Deputy Chairman of the RA Television and Radio National Committee Jirayr Dadasyan and the member of the RA Public Television and Radio Company Council Stepan Zakaryan introduced the programmes of the spheres, the financial indices and answered the deputies’ questions.
