On February 24, at the RA HRD office the NA Deputy Speaker and the Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Hovhannes Sahakyan introduced Arman Tatoyan to the staff.The former was elected the RA Human Rights Defender the day before at the NA sitting by secret ballot.

The NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan congratulated Arman T atoyan, noting that the newly elected Human Rights Defender will solve the existing problems with his professional knowledge, experience and fairness and with the help of the staff.

Mrs Naghdalyan underlined that, as a result of Human Rights Defender's work, the human rights in the country will be more protected.

The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Hovhannes Sahakyan also congratulated Mr Tatoyan and wished him effective work.

The newly appointed Human Rights Defender has thanked them for the great ctrust and  noted that it is an important guarntee for overcoming the problems due to devoted team work.
