On April 20, the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Sport and Youth moderated by Artak Davtyan. The Committee debated the legislative package on Amendments to the RA Law on Advertisement, on Amendments to the RA Law on Local Duties and Payments and on Amendment to the RA Law on Road Payment presented by the RA Government.

The RA Deputy Minister of Culture Artur Poghosyan presented the legislative package under debate.

The Government proposed to create a Committee adjunct to the authorized body, which the social advertisement will approve. The Committee will be comprised of 11 members: representatives of 7 NGOs and state bodies.

During the exchange of thoughts Artur Poghosyan answered the questions concerning the MPs.

The legislative package will be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA spring session and upcoming four-day sittings.
