On June 9, the RA National Assembly began the work of the regular sitting, continuing the debate of the Annual Report of the RA State Budget Execution for 2015. The deputies and the Ministers presented their views on the report.

The RA NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan delivered an extraordinary speech on Annual Report of the RA State Budget Execution for 2015.

The RA Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan has informed about the budget execution by the structure headed by her in the financial year.

The deputies Naira Zohrabyan, Lyudmila Sargsyan, Mikayel Melkumyan, Mher Shahgeldyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Nikol Pashinyan and Ishkhan Khachatryan expressed their opinions on the Annual Report.

The RA Minister of Urban Development Narek Sargsyan also delivered a speech and mainly touched upon the implemented programmes and the conceptual approaches during the financial year.

The NA Factions (Rule of Law - Heghine Bisharyan, the ARF - Armen Rustamyan, the ANC - Levon Zurabyan, the PAP - Mikayel Melkumyan, the RPA - Vahram Baghdasaryan) presented their views on the Annual Report.

In his final speech the RA Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan has also referred to the deputies’ voiced criticism and has noted that the problem of the state expenditures’ efficiency still remains at the centre of the Government’s attention.

After the end of the Report debate, the draft laws on Amendments to the RA Law on Service in the National Security Bodies and on Amendment to the RA Law on State Registration of the Rights to the Property were debated in the second reading.

The RA Deputy Minister of State Revenue Committee adjunct to the RA Government Vakhtang Mirumyan presented the draft law on the RA Tax Code.

The debate of the issue will continue during the NA next sittings.

The ninth session of the NA fifth convocation ended the work under the sounds of the RA Anthem .
