At Sittings of RA NA Standing Committees

On September 30, the NA two Standing Committees convened sittings.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs moderated by Elinar Vardanyan in the first reading debated the package of bills on Amending the RA law on Notary Office and the enclosed bills. The key speaker, the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyan presented the package of bills.

The Committee endorsed the package of bills for including them in the draft laws of the agenda of the tenth session of the NA fifth convocation and October 3-6 four-day sittings.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Vache Terteryan in the first reading submitted the bill on Amending the RA Law on Advocacy.

The Committee endorsed the draft law for including it in the draft law of the NA session agenda.

The NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan in the first reading debated the draft law on Amending the RA Criminal-Executive Code.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development Vache Terteryan presented the draft law.

In his co-report the member of the Committee Hayk Grigoryan has noted that by the amendment the provisions of the law are being corresponded with the international treaties and proposed his colleagues to vote for it.

The bill will be included by the endorsement of the Committee in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA session and the upcoming four-day sittings.
