On October 19, the RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan met with Hakob Panossian, the Head of the Institute Analysis Research & Planning for Armenia (ARPA) functioning in California. The NA deputies Ruzanna Muradyan and Karine Poghosyan also attended the meeting.

Let us note that the Institute was established in 1991 and since its establishment it has been closely cooperating with the RA state and private sectors, implementing advisory, analytical, research, planning services in the spheres of education, economy, politics, healthcare, technology, boosting the USA-RA bilateral cooperation.

The Head of the Institute expressed readiness to support all the programmes, which will directed to the activities of the scientific-research institutions and upgrade the quality of the usage of newest technologies. The RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan highly assessed the pro-Armenian activities of the Institute and highlighted the implementation of the new programmes in our country and the initiatives aimed at the strengthening of multi-sphere cooperation.

The NA deputy Ruzanna Muradyan and the Head of the Institute Hakob Panossian discussed issues regarding the development of education in Armenia: an agreement on implementation of a number of programmes was reached in that regard.
