On October 24, the RA National Assembly began the work of the next four-day sittings. The parliament approved the draft laws on amendments to the agenda of the tenth session of the RA NA fifth convocation, on postponements, as well as the draft laws of the NA October 24-27 four-day sittings, the draft law decision on the special order of the debate of a number of draft laws, according to which, the debate of a number of draft laws in the second reading will be held in the first reading after their adoption within 24 hours.

The parliament by voting passed in the first reading the draft law on NGOs with enclosed legislative package debated in the previous four-day sittings, after which the RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Haykaram Mkhitaryan in the second reading submitted for debate the legislative package on Approval of the Guidelines for Rescue Service and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements.

The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs Koryun Nahapetyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritsyan in the first reading submitted the bill on Amending the RA Law on Securities Market with the enclosed package.

In his co-report the Member of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Melikyan has noted that the amendments can be a reliable means for the investors.

Afterwards in the first reading the NA deputy Vahram Mkrtchyan submitted for debate the bill on Amending the RA Civil Code.

The NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs endorsed the item under debate.

The RA First Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan has informed that the Government endorsed it.

Artur Hovhannisyan also presented for debate the legislative package on Amending the RA Law on Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts and on Amending the RA Law on Public Bargaining.

The Member of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vahram Mkrtchyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

Afterwards the MPs considered the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Air Services between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the United Arab Emirates signed in Abu Dhabi on November 20, 2012, which presented the Head of the Chief Department of Civil Aviation adjunct to the RA Government Sergey Avetisyan.

The Member of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Naira Karapetyan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The RA Deputy Head of Police Vardan Yeghiazaryan submitted for debate of the parliament the Agreement on Formation of Interstate Council on Corruption Counteraction signed in Minsk on October 25, 2013.

The Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Artak Zakaryan presented the endorsement of the Committee.

The parliament will continue the work on October 25.
