On November 1, at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan and Gagik Minasyan by the RA draft law on State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2017 the expenditures designed for the implementation of the legislative, executive and judicial bodies of the power were debated.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan, the RA President’s Chief of Staff Armen Gevorgyan and the RA NA Chief of Staff, General Secretary Hrayr Tovmasyan presented in detail the expenditures of the relevant structures for 2017.

By the new NA Rules of Procedure the screening of the deputies’ announcements on TV Channels, as well as the refurbishing of the two halls of the NA Standing Committees, the publication of the booklet on the MPs’ biographies and the investment of the electronic documents’ circulation is designed.

The Minister-Chief of Staff of the RA Government Davit Harutyunyan presented the priorities of the government, talked about the inter-institutional expenditures, touched upon the foundations and the programmes, which serves the Government.

Those responsible for the other spheres also noted that great part of the financial expenditures and revenues being designed by the draft state budget for 2016 will be allocated for the expenditures of the maintenance of the staffs.

On the same day the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Territorial Administration and Local Self-Government and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs took place, which moderated Stepan Margaryan and Gagik Minasyan.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan submitted for the deputies’ debate the financial allocations to the communities in 2017, and the Head of the Marzes and their deputies, the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan presented the designed programmes and the financial means.
