Debates on RA Draft State Budget for 2017 Continue

On November 2, at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Social Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan and Gagik Minasyan the financial indices allocated to the sphere of social security by the RA draft law on State Budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2017.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the expenditures of the protection of the social sphere for 2017.

The RA Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan presented the expenditure programmes of the sphere.

Artem Asatryan especially highlighted the steps taken for the social-demographic situation and the employment sphere being designed in our country by the State Budget for 2017 and the Government programme and the investment of the new programmes.

On the same day the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Agriculture Environment and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs was held moderated by Martun Grigoryan and Gagik Minasyan.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the allocations for the spheres of agriculture, environment and water management by the State Budget for 2017.

The RA Minister of Agriculture Ignati Araqelyan noted that in 2017 the policy in the sphere of agriculture will be addressed to the creation of favourable conditions for the entities’ activities, as well as the main resources being used in agriculture: mineral fertilizers, diesel fuel and accessibility of credits.

The Chairman of the State Committee for Water Management Arsen Harutyunyan touched upon the programmes to be implemented in the sphere.

The RA Minister of Nature Protection noted in 2017 it is designed to implement 17 programmes, and 7 out of them for the activities of the areas being specially protected by nature.
