On November 7, at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Economic Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan and Gagik Minasyan the revenues and expenditures of the spheres of industry, transport and communication, energy system and natural resources, tariff policy, protection of economic competition, cadastre, as well as the formation of the revenues, tax and customs policy by the RA Law on the RA State Budget for 2017 were debated.
The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the general picture of the financial indices of the budgetary allocations of the mentioned spheres.
The RA Minister of Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan presented the main emphases of the economic policy laid in the basis of the RA Government activities programme, which will lead the expenditure policy of the coming year.
The RA Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Vahan Martirosyan has noted that 27 programmes will be implemented by the Ministry in 2017, and 12 out of them are loan programmes. The Minister also touched upon the tranche and financing of the North-South Transport Corridor Development Programme being implemented by the support of the Asian Development Bank.
The Deputy Minister of RA Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources Iosif Isayan has noted that next year the implementation of the events directed to the rise of the security level will continue in the sphere of energy.
The Chairman of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission Robert Nazaryan, the Chairman of the RA State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition Artak Shaboyan, the Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RA Government Martin Sargsyan also presented the allocations and the programmes to be implemented designed in the relevant spheres by the state budget for 2017. The Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee adjunct to the RA Government Vakhtang Mirumyan presented the picture of the revenue formation, the tax and customs policy.
