On November 24-25 in Saint Petersburg the sittings of the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (IPA) CIS Council, 45th plenary, Permanent Commissions on Political Issues and International Cooperation, on Science and Education, on Legal Issues, on Agrarian Policy, Natural Resources and Ecology, on Practices of State Building and Local Government will be held, where the Delegation led by the RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan will take part.

The Chair of the NA Standing Committee on European Integration Naira Zohrabyan, the NA deputies Rubik Hakobyan, Hayk Babukhanyan, Armen Avetisyan and Araik Hovhannisyan are in the Delegation.

On November 24, in the Permanent Commission on Political Issues and International Cooperation, as well as on the same day in the plenary sitting to be held at Tavricheskiy Palace, the Head of the Delegation, the Deputy Chair of the abovementioned Commission Hermine Naghdalyan will submit the item included in the agenda on Conclusion of the CIS Observation Group in Monitoring of the Constitutional Referendum Held on May 22 in the Republic of Tajikistan. Let us remind that Mrs Naghdalyan was the Coordinator of the IPA CIS Observation Group: 33 international observers were included in the Group from the CIS 7 member states.
