The RA NA Vice President, PACE Vice President, Head of the RA NA Delegation to Armenia Hermine Naghdalyan took the chair at today’s plenary sitting of PACE Winter Session, which began in Strasbourg.

By the way, it was already the second time that PACE Vice President Hermine Naghdalyan had taken the chair at the Plenary Sitting.

In the format of joint debate on the agenda of PACE January 25^th Plenary Sitting the reports on Online Media and Journalism Challenges and Responsibility authored by the Italian delegate, Representative of ALDE Group Adele Gambaro, as well as on Necessity of Cyber-Discrimination and  Ending up Online Hatred Speech by Marit Maij were discussed.
