On February 3, at the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan the draft law on Electronic Document and Signing of Electronic Digital Signing was debated in the first reading, which presented Armen Yeghiazaryan, Director of the State Agency of the National Centre for Legislative Regulation.

The bill on Amending the RA Civil Code was also debated in the first reading. The key speaker, the RA First Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan presented the draft law.

The member of the Committee Levon Martirosyan welcomed the proposals of the executive body, and the Committee endorsed the bills to be included in the agendas of the NA Spring Session and upcoming four-day sittings.

The bill on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Amendments also was debated in the first reading.

The RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan proposed the key speakers to work jointly on the idea and come to an agreement.

As a result of debates, the bill was endorsed by Committee and will be included in the draft law of the NA Session agenda.

The draft law on Amending the RA Civil Code, on Amending the RA law on RA Citizenship and the legislative packages on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, on Amending the RA Criminal Procedure Code, on Amending the RA law on Public Service and on Amending the RA law on Prosecutor’s Office, which were approved to be included in the draft law of the agenda of the NA next four-day sittings.
