On March 17, the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Hovhannes Sahakyan was held. The legislative package on Amending the RA Law on Public and Individual Notification Via Internet, on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, on Amending the RA Law on Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement and on Amending the RA Administrative Procedure Code was debated in the first reading, which submitted the RA First Deputy Minister of Justice.

The Committee member Vahram Mkrtchyan positively assessed the amendments to be proposed and offered his colleagues to vote for it.

The legislative package with the endorsement of the Committee will be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the NA session and the upcoming four-day sittings.

The debate of the legislative package on Amending the RA Criminal Code and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements was postponed up to one year.
