The RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan sent a message of condolences to John Bercow and Lord Fowler, Speaker of the House of Commons and Lord Speaker of the House of Lords of the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland respectively.

“Your Excellency,

On behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and personally me, I offer my deepest condolences to you, the friendly people of the United Kingdom on the callous terrorist act occurred at Manchester City Arena, as a result of which dozens of innocent people died and injured. We strictly condemn that cruel and inhuman act.

We express our support to you, sharing the grief of the victims’ relatives, and wish quick recovery to the injured.

Accept, please, assurances of my highest consideration,” the NA Speaker’s message reads.
