On September 6, the RA NA Standing Committees convened sittings.

At the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights moderated by Hrayr Tovmasyan endorsed the draft law on Amending the RA law on Public and Personal Notice Through Internet and enclosed legislative package, which presented for debate the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Artur Hovhannisyan.

The co-speaker Edmon Marukyan positively assessed the legislative initiative, highlighted the citizens’ awareness on the amendments being proposed in different accessible means.

The package of the draft laws will be proposed for the debate of the RA NA Council to be included in the draft law of the RA NA regular sittings’ agenda.

The debate of a number of issues included in the agenda was postponed.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan debated and approved the work order of the Committee.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Davit Ananyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Defense Artak Zakaryan proposed fro debate several draft laws.

The Committee endorsed the debated issues to be included in the draft law of the RA NA session agenda.

On the same day the sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport was held moderated by Vardan Bostanjyan.

The bill on Amending the RA Law on Higher Educational and Post-Higher Professional Education was included in the draft law of the agenda of the RA NA autumn session.

The RA Deputy Ministers of Culture Arev Samuelyan, Artur Poghosyan, the RA Deputy Minister of RA Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Boris Demirkhanyan, the RA Minister of Nature Protection Artsvik Minasyan, the RA Deputy Minister of Education, the Chairman of the State Science Committee of the RA Ministry of Education and Science presented several draft laws for debate.

The bills were endorsed and will be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the RA NA autumn session and regular sittings.
