On September 22, the Chair of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly Koryun Nahapetyan met with the Deputy Director at the Geneve Centre for the Democratic Control of the Armed Forces (DCAF) Philipp Fluri. During the meeting the issues of cooperation between the Committee and the Geneve Centre for the Democratic Control of the Armed Forces for 2018-2022 were discussed.

The main directions of cooperation will be the reforms in the spheres of defense and security, the improvement of the legislation, the Committee's parliamentary oversight, the effective use of the control tool set, as well as the capacity building.
